Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded between Zudax International (the “Seller”), operating from UAE, Dubai, and the customer placing an order through this website (the “Buyer”).

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the Zudax dietary supplement products listed on this website, and the rights and obligations of both parties in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations.

3. Product and price

The type, quantity, sale price and delivery details of the product are as displayed on the product page and confirmed in the order summary at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; import duties in the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched in premium protective packaging. Delivery times vary by destination and are communicated at checkout. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase within the statutory period, provided the authentication seal on the box is unbroken. Once the seal is broken the product cannot be resold and the right of withdrawal no longer applies, as permitted for sealed goods of a health-related nature.

6. Returns

Return conditions are described on the Order Return Conditions page, which forms part of this agreement.

7. Disputes

Complaints may be addressed to info@zudaxinternational.com. Disputes are subject to the competent consumer arbitration committees and courts in the Seller’s jurisdiction.
