Case reports, written by physicians on their own terms
This page is for licensed physicians who have already seen, in their own practice, a patient who was consuming Zudax on their own initiative, and who wish to describe that case in a case report and submit it to a peer-reviewed journal. We give every registered physician the same factual product and safety information. The report, and every decision about it, is the physician’s alone.
Zudax is not a medicine and makes no therapeutic claim; it is not intended to prevent or treat any disease. This page does not invite anyone to use it for that purpose.
Six commitments, on both sides
No commercial relationship
We pay no fee, expense or article-processing charge, and give no gift, free or discounted product, travel, hospitality, or writing, editing or translation help. Physicians are not asked to recommend Zudax to patients, or to promote or sell it, and taking part is never linked to any purchase.
The authors decide
The authors alone decide whether to report, what to write, what to conclude and where to publish. We do not write, edit, translate, review or approve manuscripts, and we do not propose co-authors, journals or reviewers. We never ask an author to change, delay or withdraw a report; any concern about a published report is raised openly with the journal.
Cases already seen
A case report describes care that has already taken place, for example a patient who was already consuming Zudax on their own initiative when they came to you. Please do not suggest Zudax to a patient, or ask a patient to start consuming it, in order to report a case. Planned follow-up of patients is research: it needs ethics committee approval, and registration in a public registry, before the first patient is included.
Consent, ethics and privacy
A case report is published only with the patient’s written informed consent, and follows the CARE guidelines and the rules of the physician’s institution, country and chosen journal; many journals also ask for an ethics committee approval or waiver. A report on more than one patient may count as research. We do not ask for, and do not want, any information that could identify a patient; anything of that kind sent to us is deleted.
Full disclosure
We ask authors to disclose any support from RAINHOPE LLC FZ, the company that sells Zudax, including the information we sent, in the way their journal requires (for most journals, the ICMJE disclosure form). With the material, we send each physician a dated record of what we supplied, so that the disclosure is accurate.
No proposed use, no advertising
We do not name any disease or propose any use of Zudax in preventing or treating disease, and no case report changes how Zudax is described or sold. Reports are never quoted in advertising or product material, or used by our staff when answering customers. An observation is worth reporting whatever it shows.
Safety first. If you suspect that Zudax has harmed a patient or interacted with a medicine, report it through your country’s official reporting system and to us, whether or not a case report follows: registered physicians can use the reporting area of the physician portal, and anyone can write to info@zudaxinternational.com. Send us only the batch number, what happened, how many days after use it began, and the patient’s sex, age range (for example 40–49) and country — never a name, initials, date of birth, file number or image. We record and assess every report, notify the authorities where the law requires, and keep reports for ten years. For this purpose we process your name, e-mail address and report on the basis of our legitimate interest in product safety and any legal obligation we have; the notice below explains who we are, who receives the data and your rights.
The same material, for every physician
Product information
Composition, certificates of analysis, batch information and how the product is produced, so that it can be described accurately in a report. Please give us the batch number only, never the 16-character serial number, which identifies a single bottle.
Literature and safety
Citations to published research on the herbal preparation behind Zudax, as listed on our Scientific Case Reports page, and to published safety information on its botanical ingredients, including known interactions with medicines, with links to the full text where it is open access. We do not interpret this literature for the author.
Reporting guideline
A link to the published reporting guideline for case reports (CARE), unchanged; the case record in the physician portal follows its headings. We do not design, fund or run studies, or supply product for them.

Register
Use the form below. We check your licence, which may include looking it up in the public register of the authority that licensed you, then give you access to the physician portal and send you the material you ask for. You do not need to register with us to write or publish a case report about Zudax.
Write up a case you have seen
Describe care that has already taken place, with your patient’s written consent to publication, and write it up as you see fit.
Publish, then tell us if you wish
You choose the journal. You may also record the case in the physician portal at any stage. Once your report is published, you decide whether it is listed here, and you send us the details to be shown, with the agreement of all its authors.

No case report about Zudax has been published yet. Whether a published report appears here is its authors’ decision, and they send us the details to be shown. We list every report its authors send us, whatever it reports, and publish only the details they provide and agree to. Listing a report here does not mean that its authors, their institutions or the journal endorse Zudax.

Register as a physician
Registration is open to licensed physicians. In your message, please give only your specialty, the country where you are licensed, your registration number or a link to your entry in that country’s public medical register, and which of the items above you would like to receive.
Please do not include any information about a patient — no names, initials, dates, file numbers, images or description of a case. If a message contains any, we delete it and ask you to send it again without it. To report a suspected harm, write to us as described under Safety first.
How we use your details. RAINHOPE LLC FZ (Meydan Free Zone, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; info@zudaxinternational.com) is responsible for the details you send with this form. We use them to check that you are licensed to practise medicine, which may include looking up your registration in the public register of the authority that licensed you; to send you the material you request, with a dated record of what we sent; and to write to you about your registration. We never use them for sales or marketing. We share them only with the providers that run this website and our e-mail (Hostinger, Postmark and Google Workspace), which process them in the European Union and the United States, and with public authorities where the law requires. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in making this material available only to licensed physicians. We delete registrations we cannot verify three months after we receive them, and the others, including our correspondence, 24 months after our last exchange. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to their use, or withdraw your registration at any time by writing to info@zudaxinternational.com. Your full rights, and how to complain to a data protection authority, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
